Project Background

The Bawana Industrial Area project was one of the most challenging telecom deployments in Delhi. Though approved, execution remained stalled for years due to exceptionally high Road Restoration Charges imposed by DSIIDC. The approved CAPEX was insufficient, making it commercially unviable, and several contractors had already failed to overcome the financial and regulatory challenges.

The Mezux Approach

Mezux re-evaluated every aspect — route optimization, restoration methodology, execution planning and resource utilization — and developed a cost-effective implementation strategy without compromising on quality or compliance.
