Why Mezux
Right-of-Way, handled in-house
Right-of-Way is where most telecom projects stall, so Mezux keeps it in-house. Our own liaison desk manages permissions, deposits, restoration and multi-authority coordination directly across 28+ States/UTs — not through an agent whose pace you cannot control.
The skill is sequencing: a single route can answer to a municipal corporation, a highways department, a metro authority and the traffic police at once, and getting that order right keeps one sanction from lapsing while another is pending. Paired with a GPR survey, the drawing and the permission always match.
Because we run RoW pan-India, no state's regime is new to us. See RoW by city or request a quote.
Technical Specification
Right-of-Way & Liaisoning — Process
| Scope of approvals | Road-cutting permission, NOCs, restoration permission, traffic permission and utility-crossing consents as applicable |
|---|---|
| Authorities engaged | Municipal corporations, PWD, development authorities, NHAI, cantonment boards, metro/rail authorities, traffic police and utility owners |
| Process | Route feasibility → drawing submission → application & fee/deposit → site inspection → permission issue → execution → restoration → completion certificate |
| Submission drawings | Prepared from our own GPR survey so permission drawings and construction drawings match |
| Deposits & charges | Restoration deposits and authority charges tracked per permission, with refund/adjustment follow-up |
| Restoration | Reinstatement to the standard specified by the issuing authority, followed by completion / restoration certificate |
| Coverage | 28+ States/UTs, with local liaison teams familiar with each authority's procedure |
| Tracking | Permission register maintained per route with status, validity and expiry dates |
Approval timelines are set by the issuing authority. Mezux manages preparation, submission, follow-up and compliance; it does not control statutory decision-making.
Quality & Assurance
QA/QC and documentation
Work is executed under our ISO 9001:2015 quality, ISO 14001:2015 environmental and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health & safety management systems. Each project runs to an Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) agreed with the client, with hold and witness points at survey sign-off, bore setout, duct proving, splicing and final testing. Site checklists, test records and as-built drawings are compiled into a handover pack for the client and, where applicable, the permitting authority.
